Sofia first studied form, tailoring and pattern making, individually for several years. Then studied the theory of fashion in MSU, including internship in Milan, Paris and Florence. After in 2008 - 2010 she gathered practical experience as a designer in a new fashion brand "Lena Karnauhova" taking part in MBFWR and the N-U-De fashion show for upcoming designers at the Milan Fashion Week. In 2010 Sofia created SOFIA ZHAROVA label to concentrate on chic ladylike minimalistic design. One of the goals is to achieve the light and easy beauty of perfectly balanced garments.
