OLUME AND CHANGE, DECOMPOSITION AND ASSEMBLY
Perfect Images of a dimension which is never the same, which lives in the present and that is constantly thrown towards unpredictable perspectives. This continual stream of temporal cicles defines ourselves as citizens of a background which breaks up its own roots, to put them back together in a new soul.
BUILDING UP THE BODY OF TODAY INTERACTING WITH TOMORROW
This project talks about wearable surfaces, which upgrade themselves to the decomposed contemporary time, sectioning the individual who lives into that.
That's the result of a medium which inspects on changes to interact not only with Body and Enviroment, but also with Fashion itself.
The collection is based on modular garments: they are put together thanks to the assembly of different pieces.
I mostly worked on the impression to give, not only by the chosen materials (felt and cotton) but also by the solutions to bound the pieces with.
Studying the right disposition, I developed a Bolt system; In this way I had the chance to give my work a multidisciplinar character, exploring the infinite solutions according to turn out a garment to be surfaces to build on the body.
