When we thinking about bodysuits, which associations we have? Something from childhood or basic gray and black variations, maybe someone will come up with concert versions of Beyoncé, Rihanna and Madonna. In our case we wanted to find a middle ground, so the girl could feel herself strong and powerful Rihanna, but in everyday life.
"What makes us strong? - The question I asked myself before creating a capsule collection. Strength is formed within us by the experience of various states: from despair to inspiration, but what supports me? For me, the energy of the city became this support. St. Petersburg - the place where we create collections, and I was so used to its energy, so sometimes didn’t notice how the city charges me on my way to the goal. This collection is a tribute to the city for the upbringing of my inner strength", - says the designer.
Bodysuit protects the body like armor, and cover nudity from outside world, but at the same time, it expresses the internal state, so we used some embroidery. «Never doubt my instinct» - when the girl trusts her guts and feelings. As once Peter the Great built a city on a swamp, making the impossible possible, relying on his instinct, every girl today is heroine of her story with overcoming obstacles and reliance on instincts. «No matter what» - is a story about love, no matter what. «Being Xtreme» is the state, when we go beyond the comfort zone, and demonstrate our super skills. Our girl overcomes herself almost every day, achieving goals, taking risks, and drink champagne!
In the shooting, we would like to draw attention to the city's attractions, which are the energetic spots on the map created by a strong hand of Peter the Great. It’s this idea of a man of action, we are inspired by, but only in female guise. A strong woman is multifaceted in feelings and emotions, and aware of her own inner strength. Is it kind of self manifest, where collection of bodysuits is the form?
