An exploration of self to generate a new female understanding of cultural street wear. Street wear is not about being comfortable, it is about how you carry yourself in these clothes. ‘ she is heavy in the growth of having to grow’.
A new generation of power dressing for women. The clothing itself developed from silhouettes that are associated with the language of growing up in south London, ‘ard bodied’ ‘grafter’ ‘roamer’ ‘rig out’ ‘the front’. Manifested itself with the silhouettes to carry the same weighty persona.
'Activation through illustrative and subversive nature they present themselves to you a new language, unlabeled , veiled and purely instinctive.'
